Spicy Chicken Fry Recipe | Cook with Kala Masala Blend

Recipe:

Ingredients: Boiling of chicken- Add 4 tablespoons of edible oil, heat the oil for 2 min, add 1 medium chopped onion, add 500 grams of fresh chicken, add half teaspoon spoon turmeric and half teaspoon salt. Boil the chicken till it becomes soft.

Step 1- Add 6 tablespoons of oil in a shallow pan
Step 2- Add 1 medium onion paste, stir till the paste becomes golden brown.
Step 3- Add 2 cardamom, cinnamon 2 inches stick, 2 bay leaf, 4 black pepper, 4 cloves.
Step 4- Add dried/wet coconut (30 grams), coriander leaves (15 grams) , ginger (10 grams), garlic (15 grams). Grind it into a fine paste in mixer. Pour the paste in the pan.
(Sauté until the paste is brownish)
Step 5- Add Ancient Aromas Kala Masala 3 tablespoons, stir for 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 6- Add salt as per taste, then stir well
Step 7- Add 500 grams of boiled chicken into the pan. Mix the chicken and masala well.
Step 8- Take the ready chicken into a serving bowl, sprinkle fresh coriander leaves and serve.
