Surmai Fry with Kala Masala | Crispy Maharashtrian Fish Recipe
Recipe:
Ingredients: Oil 4 table spoon
3 medium size onion paste
Ginger garlic paste as per requirement
40 gram coriander seeds powder
20 gram tamarind paste
3 tea spoon Ancient Aromas Kala Masala
Salt as per requirement
Pour oil in a shallow pan. Heat it on medium flame till it is hot. Add onion paste. Fry it till golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste. Stir it well. Add coriander seeds powder. Add tamarind paste. Keep stirring. Add Ancient Aromas Kala Masala. Sprinkle salt as per requirement. Remove the mixture in a bowl.
Apply the mixture to both saides of the fish. Add some oil in a pan. Fry both sides of the fish till it is cooked properly. Cover it with lid for 5 min.
Sprinkle freshly cut coriander leaves and serve
